Dear USITT NE members, friends and just generally interested people,

The Annual USITT New England BBQ will again be at my house on September 8th starting and 1pm and stay as late as you want.

A few items we need to discuss:
- Vectorworks workshop 
- USITT is sending a national representative to KCACTF at the end of January.  I think we should organize a reception and get our members to attend.
-looking at what we want to do and what funds to ask for from national
-Michael Cottom also has some new ideas that we can discuss including automation, membership, focus groups, etc.  

There will be free food and beverages. You do not need to be a member to attend. We welcome all interested people and hope to see some students as well. 

Please email me at tiala at mindspring.com to let me know you will be there and I will send you directions.  (Directions will be sent early next week)
 Please inform me of any food allergies and if you intend to bring guests. (I just need to know how many people will be there so I have plenty of food.)
