<DIV>The Annual USITT New England BBQ will again be at my house on September 8th starting and 1pm and stay as late as you want.</DIV>

<DIV>A few items we need to discuss:</DIV>
<DIV>- Vectorworks workshop </DIV>
<DIV>- USITT is sending a national representative to KCACTF at the end of January. I think we should organize a reception and get our members to attend.</DIV>
<DIV>-looking at what we want to do and what funds to ask for from national</DIV>
<DIV>-Michael Cottom also has some new ideas that we can discuss including automation, membership, focus groups, etc. </DIV>

<DIV>There will be free food and beverages. You do not need to be a member to attend. We welcome all interested people and hope to see some students as well. </DIV>
