Hi all,
A friendly reminder that candidate packets for those interested in running
in the 2024 UA Elections are due at 8 pm Saturday, March 9, with a late
packet submission deadline of 8 pm Sunday, March 10. All required documents
are available at
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1hNFMsfXmb9pv479b-Xcq9gDFRHfpD-Le.
-
The required candidate meeting is 8 pm Sunday, March 10. Official
candidates will be emailed a Zoom link before the meeting time.
-
The UA debate is scheduled for 8-9 pm Friday, March 15 in room 1-190.
Candidates for UA president and vice president are required to attend the
debate.
Instead of emailing your packet to ua-elect at mit.edu, please submit
candidate packets through this google form:
https://forms.gle/WLc4VsB7ZjPjNmod7.
If you've already emailed us your packet, please still submit the form. If
you submit the form, you do not need to separately email us your packet.
Soon after you submit your form, we'll verify your packet and email you to
let you know you're an official candidate.
If you have any questions, contact us at ua-elect at mit.edu. Good luck with
your campaign!
Best,
Helen Wang
