YOU ARE NOT ALONE

Dear Undergrads,

Many of us have been affected by the suicide of a classmate, friend, family
member, or another loved one. Through this experience, we have felt grief,
confusion, anger, guilt, and a plethora of other emotions. This Tuesday we
invite you to gather as a community for for a discussion and film about
hope, help, suicide, and suicide survivors (those affected by the suicide
of a loved one).

Samaritans is an organization that works to prevent suicide and provide
support to those who have been affected by it. Join us for a screening of
"Samaritans: You Are Not Alone" followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with
Boston Samaritans and clinicians from MIT Mental Health and Counseling. Free
dinner will be served!

Hosted by the MIT Undergraduate Association Committee on Student Support &
Wellness and the MIT Graduate Student Council.
