The IAP Wellness Series presented by SMASH (Students at MIT Allied for Student Health) is a collection of fun, informative, and engaging events. Attend any or all events to learn about and practice different aspects of wellness. You can find a list of events below.

This retreat-style workshop teaches meditation, yoga, and breathing techniques for for being an effective leader, improving personal well-being, relationships, focus, and reducing stress.
