Dear fellow undergraduate,

In early October, the UA Ad Hoc Committee on Student-Administrator
Collaboration outlined a proposed plan that aims to directly address the
issues of communication and transparency between the MIT administration and
the undergraduate student body. Per the charge of the Committee, a vitally
important piece of this plan involves gathering student feedback and input
so that we can work toward outlining expectations and best practices in the
future.

The committee is inviting students to participate in a series of focus
groups (schedule at the bottom of the email) that aims to foster an open
conversation about various issues on campus, including aspects of student
life, and how the student body and the administration communicate about
these matters. Your feedback will be anonymous but will be critical to
creating a complete and comprehensive set of recommendations.

If you are interested in participating, please fill out this

, and note any dietary restrictions since food will be provided. The
committee will let you know the room number if you are selected to
participate in a focus group.
