Join a UA Committee

Hey everyone,

Just reminding people to fill out an application for one of the UA's 
committees at ua.mit.edu/join <http://ua.mit.edu/join>. UA committees 
work on all facets of the student experience at MIT such as planning 
Spring Weekend (Events Committee), surveying and reporting undergraduate 
concerns on the new GIRs (Student Committee on Educational Policy), 
investigating the Budget Task Force recommendation to increase 
undergraduate enrollment (Enrollment Committee), and working to 
implement the dining recommendations put forward by the Blue Ribbon 
Dining Committee and the Dining Proposal Committee last spring (Dining 
Committee). We will be accepting applications until *Friday (9/25) at 11pm*.

Hey everyone,

Now that term has started, Mike and I are looking for students 
interested in getting involved on campus with the Undergraduate 
Association (UA). This year we have many different ways to get involved, 
including a variety of projects, events and policy related issues.Some 
of the main goals for the UA this fall are working with administrators 
on the Institute Wide Planning Task Force Committee, addressing the 
impact of increased undergraduate enrollment, and implementing changes 
to campus dining. Joining the UA this year is a great opportunity to 
work directly with administrators and make a lasting contribution to MIT 
as whole.

We have Chair, Vice-Chair and member positions open (varies by 
committee). You can read more about the committees of the UA on our 
website: http://ua.mit.edu/committees/. All undergraduates, from 
freshmen to seniors, are encouraged to apply. If you have questions 
about the positions or about the UA, feel free to email us
