[Grogospeak] Technique 2013 Elections on Saturday, March 17th!

Hi everyone,

Remember that *elections are this Saturday (in 3 days) at 1pm!*  Being on
manboard is great, you get unfettered access to cameras, you get to go to
cool events, you make a book, etc.  See below for the full sales pitch.

Let me know if you will *not* be able to attend on Saturday but are
interested in running for a position.
