[Tango-L] apt scam in BsAs

  Well today I went to a newsletter addressed specifically to ex pat visitors to 
BsAs....the thing was full of warnings about varios rip-offs including deposit 
rip-offs...  so, I feel that I gave the correct caveot to the reader of tango L 
when I 'generalized' about doing business in Latin America.  Below is a small 
exerpt...and on and on...

I wish I had read this article referred to below before I told the owner
