[Tango-L] Srgio cannot step off the beat

And then there are those who are really dancing off-beat without the beat.  Some random thing with little regard to their partner who is getting stepped on because she's trying to follow the beat.  Really, I don't get this convolution of Sergio's simple statement about stepping on the beat.
