It is also the problem.    
There is too much information and it is not about dancing and doesn't address 
the point brought up about "walking" tango. Learning to walk naturally in 
tango is a figure of speech not meant to be taken literally or analyzed from the 
laws of locomotion.   Of course it is a stylized walk, but certain things like 
stepping on the ball of the foot also make sense technique-wise and affect 
your posture and axis.   Even if it is natural to walk on the heel first, we are 
talking about tango and its walk, not walking in general. 
The article is misleading if you are interested in mastering the tango walk.
