IMHO, the?way for any dancer to improve their community is to strive to be the best dancer that they can be.
The journey is different for each person.
Support each other's journey and rejoice in?it.
Encourage each other to carry on.
Call up those dancers who have fallen away and encourage them to come to the next milonga.
Tell them that you miss dancing with them.
Tell them it's not the same without them.
Everyone needs a community.
