[Tango-L] What the heck is a Right foot front cross step?

These phrases don't make intuitive sense, at least to those of us who have not taken Gustavo Naveira's classes.  Which means most of us who read this are just going to skip what might be an important discussion.

What about explaining just what a R/L foot open step is?  And what is a R/L foot F/B cross step?
