The difficulty in learning sacadas from a video, is that a sacada is 
mostly an illusion, and many different things can go wrong.  A lesson in 
turns with displacements from someone like Pablo Pugliese is a lot more 
useful than watching a video.

To the extent there is a trick it is as follows:
You must get the woman to follow a grapevine without any sacada.  She is 
stepping front, side, back, side in a circle around you.  To execute the 
sacada, you step into the space that she vacates, stepping immediately in 
front of her back foot -- that is the one that she is shifting her weight 
away from.  Neither the leader's foot or leg kicks the follower's foot or 
leg out of position.
