  Lots of demonstrated weight changes..and very sneaky..don't miss the very first one
  15 seconds into the tape..there are several more coming and they aren't stressed nor
  made a big deal of...that may be a secret to teaching/learning...you learn what is done
  without being verbalized, di-sected, anal-eye zed, frontal lobalized to death...just a theory.
