[Tango-L] Idea for DJ's

Ok.. so.. I DJ'd last night had a pretty hard time with the sound system because for some reason the volume level fluctuated a lot.
I thought of something that might make life easy for those that DJ AND dance at the same time and don't sit behind the system constantly
to tinker with the volume levels.

How about someone with connections or the electronic-know-how develops a small box that you'll plug between the computer/cd-player and
amp/sound system.. you pre-program a decibel level that you know works well in that particular space and something that's easy to change up or
down depending on amount of people and their white noise. If a recording happens to be a bit on the quieter side the box automatically
cranks the volume up a bit to the pre-programmed decibel level and if the recording is new and loud it would lower the volume level.

You wouldn't have to touch the volume control on the computer or the soundboard at all (least if you have pre-made cortinas - with non-premade
cortinas life might suck as the box would attempt to raise the volume as you were lowering it to fade out - maybe the box could have a fade-out feature).
Anyone that comes up with such box or schematics to build such box would rock! I would certainly provide premade cortinas for such-a-person :)
