Sorry, Igor, but that's bull.  And it's an easy excuse
women use (I need a partner to get good, etc).  Women have
to take responsibility for themselves.  It's not necessary
for men to be at a higher level than they are for women to
improve, either.  Women do need to dance with higher level
leaders, but it doesn't have to be every week or every
month or even every other month.
