I'd say the best on each of those days on the regular weekly programme is:

 Sunday: Max und Moritz
 Monday: none
 Tuesday: Bebop
 Wednesday: Roter Salon

but being Xmas, some may not run and there'll additionally be special
milongas. The best site for info inc. location maps is
http://berlin.tango.info/ - from 1st Dec its Berlin Flyer will carry the
actual programme for the month.

Agreed, but sadly not on those days.

The trad milonga that used to run there has ceased.

By Germans. Various Argentines in Berlin run dance schools but none run a
good milonga that I know of.

Salón Urquiza's Friday milonga has ceased. It continues as a dance school.

It is a dance school, worth visiting if you want to see Berlin's very
worst dancing. Or to catch a workshop from guest teacher Gustavo Naveira. ;)
