Go to http://www.tejastango.com/tango_music.html.  It is one of the best
resources on the Internet for tango music for social dancing.

In your case, I would pay particular attention to highly rhythmic music
suitable for beginner musicality: 30's Canaro, Lomuto, Orquestra Tipica
Victor and D'Arienzo, along with early 40's Calo and Di Sarli.  You
should have no problem finding a clear walking beat in that.
