[Tango-L] your favorite tanda

I am no expert, but I quite like the tandas at: http://www.tejastango.com/tandas.html

Great and really well known music for dancing (at least my all time favourites) would include:
Pobre Flor (Vals)
Poema
Llorar por una mujer
Ella Es Asi (Milonga)
El Recodo (I love Biagi!)

Any of those could be the foundation for a great tanda, but they would all likely be in different tandas. See the link above for other music that would go into each tanda.

And if you like nuevo check out the two Otros Aires albums. There is a lot of bad electronica tango out there because the music does not have enough variation to be fun for dancing. However the Otros Aires stuff is pure gold for nuevo dancing in my opinion.

i have been convinced by some severe front and back channel head knockings that some of my music issues relate to trying to dance to the wrong tango music. i would appreciate if some of you would pass on your favorite tanda or song to dance to. i think that if i could hear and dance to what other people find "fun" and "satisfying", i might find the "answers" in the positive examples. tandas would be especially helpful, so i could "feel" the energy changes through a set.

i have been investigating some of the music that has been discussed in the last few days, but i really want to see the "setups" that each of you enjoy as your favorites.

thanx in advance
