this is ridicoulous! argentine economy is getting better and appearantly 
the old argentine arrogance towards tourists comes out again!
instead of 1000 pesos a day it's 3x 300 now ... not making it any safer 
for the tourists (actually unsafer, as they need to provide their PIN code 
three times!) ....
... just to get more of their transaction fees!!!

Tourists used to be treated like that before 'the crash', and now this 
starts again ...
... don't they realize that there are also very nice other travel 
destinations on the world where you get less annoyed?!

Pity, Bs.As, pity!

Hope they turn into normal again soon.
