[Tango-L] Credit card use in Buenos Aires--words of caution for tourists

Dear Janis,
Thank you for the great advice.  
To anyone who thinks they certainly could not be a target, please be 
well-advised that everyone is a target, so be careful, not care-free.  You will have a 
much better trip.
Note:  the cell phone taking the photo of the credit card has happened to my 
sister here in Ohio also. She also cancelled that card immediately.  
>From someone who has been a target of the mustard people...and there is still 
a spot on my jacket to prove it!
