Dear Caroline,
We can express our likes, dislikes and what is not accpetable. and how we do that depends on who we are. It is easy to find excuse for ANY crime in the world. Dumping the leader like that is tango crime:)).
I am totally with Miles and Igor!.
Logically speaking there are two possibilities
1 .Guy is serial offender: Question: *why* are you dancing with him??.
2. This is his first offence: : Aren you just being a jerk?;).
Warm regards
IL

Again, what does speed and beats have to do with poor navigation? They are
entirely different subjects.
And read what I write before jumping to conclusions. If a guy has been
dancing for a long time and still rams his partners into other people, it's
utterly unacceptable. If he's new to tango, then it's forgivable to a point.
And lastly - you say backleading is a good idea. It's not. Followers are not
supposed to do that. Ever.
But I just remembered something, you only started learning the tango a few
months ago. That explains everything.
