[Tango-L] Another Update on the North American Tango Festivals

I second El Turco's remarks here... What IS "social dancing" in N. 
America, Steve? Does your asterisk just indicate which ones are the more 
popular (i.e., well-attended) festivals? Or the ones with more 
milonga-time than class-time? Or the ones at which Robin Thomas is DJing?
