[Tango-L] Contents of Tango-L Digest happy romantic tango

Dear Marquerito,

My partner and I also met through tango. At our wedding, we had an
Argentine singer sing Gardel's "El dia que me quieras". The lyrics are
sweetly poetic, flush with ardent new love, and deeply romantic. Among many
good recorded versions, I like Roxana Fontan's especially.

thank you for discussion so far. happy and romantic,
not humorous! my friends are getting married and they
are thinking of using some tango music (they met
through tango...) so all the sad ones are not quite
appropriate (or divorced ones, or silly ones...)
something that celebrate love or strength of love
would be good
i am thinking of Gracias would be ok, (nice music as
well) but am trying to get more for them to choose.
