instructors from all over the world, including internationally acclaimed and
renowned stars Chicho Frumboli, Sebastian Arce, Mariana Montes and Juana
Sepulveda. Those two couples are famous for setting many of the tango
standards for the past decade and they have been closely watched and loyally
followed by many tango communities and tango professionals worldwide. They
are a true source of inspiration for the passionate of unlimited
improvisation and playfulness in the dance. Their participation is a great
honor for us, which allows us to bring the festival to the next level of
innovation and discovery and make it a reference for what is coming in
tango. Tango Element Baltimore provides the only yearly opportunity to study
