.        Update on Kitchenette
Please be aware and plan accordingly.
1st Tuesday Jan 30th 9:00 to 3:00 A and F suites will be affected.

2nd Wednesday Jan 31 9:00 to 3:00 B suite and A suite Kitchen will be affected

In addition
On Wednesday we will have to visit every B suite Bathroom and flush the toilet so the plumbers can tie in to the main drain stack for the kitchenette.

  On Thursday 1/25, sometime  between 10am and  3pm  please expect to hear loud noise from the 1st floor lounge as contractors core holes in the cement to install hot and cold water lines for the new  kitchenette.

Please be aware, starting on Monday1/22 contractors will arrive and be working to  open up the wall and ceiling to install a kitchenette in the 1st floor lounge.
The pool table and music room will be accessible. The other side/other half of the lounge will closed.  There will be loud noise Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.
I will provide updates as contractors move along.
