Hello

  With the colder/cooler nights being forecasted, now is the time to open a maintenance repair request if you have an air conditioner installed in your bedroom or common area

Request now to have your A/C removed, winterize and properly taped and sealed.

 The heat is usually turned on early to mid October and I will be monitoring the forecast temperatures. To keep the warmth in and to help in the evenings, close and lock and windows.

  Prepare now to prevent frozen pipes which could lead to floods and water damages.
