[Tang-Residents] THRA monthly meeting today, April 8th from 9-10 pm in the 24th floor lounge

Dear Residents,

The Tang Hall Residents’ Association serves Tang residents on all matters pertaining to their general welfare. Every month, we meet to discuss policy matters and plan dorm-wide social events. I’d like to welcome you to our next monthly meeting tonight, April 8th from 9:15-10:15 pm in the 24th floor lounge. The agenda is as follows:

  *   THRA internal elections (President and Vice-President)
  *   Changes to Tang bylaws (President and Vice-President)
  *   THRA retreat (Vice-President)
  *   Review of March socials + post-event reports  + photographs for website (Social Chairs)
  *   Upcoming socials + posters + social calendar updates (Social Chairs, Publicity Chairs)
  *   Finance updates + pro-card (Treasurer)
  *   Updates on recycling & gardening,  (Recycling and Gardening Chair)
  *   Updates on maintenance and upkeep (Purchasing and Maintenance Chair)
  *   IM updates (Sports Chairs)
  *   Website updates (IT chair)
  *   Dorm Coordinator updates (Dorm coordinators)
  *   Open Floor
