[Tang-Residents] Cold weather has arrived

Hello,

High winds and cold weather is expected for tomorrow.
Here are a couple of tips to help stay warm.
Always make sure your windows are closed all the way but most important the Latch on the window is turned down and the window is LOCKED. This will protect from any small drafts.
Also, all air conditioners should now have already been removed and the a/c slot winterized.

Please make sure the square box under the window is sealed and taped to block out any cold or freezing air that my cause a pipe to burst in the heating system.
Please open a work repair request if help is needed  (winterize A/C slot) and our Mechanic will be working throughout the weekend to help keep you warm for the winter ahead.
