[Tang-Residents] Updates on Tang Renovation & Bubble Tea Forum (Thursday, 11/2 at 8 pm, 24th Floor Lounge)

Dear Residents,

Tang Hall will be undergoing renovation in the near future and we would like to hear your thoughts/feedback on the kind of changes that you would like to see! The changes that are currently being considered include the following:

  *   First floor/Lobby area:
     *   Fire command center (mandated by City)
     *   Handicap accessible restroom (instead of the two we currently have, mandated by City)
     *   Change in front desk location
     *   Moving the mailbox from the lobby area to the space between the two back doors
     *   Outdoor patio
     *   Fenced bike storage
     *   Converting the laundry room to a lounge for socials/gatherings and moving the laundry room to Floor II (F apartment, with same number of washing machines/dryers)
  *   24th floor lounge  : Better seating arrangements/layout

As of now, three plans<https://goo.gl/XXL5T9> have been proposed for both, the first floor and 24th floor. We don’t necessarily have to stick to one of these plans and can mix up features we like across different plans and can also propose other features not included in the plans. We would like to hear your thoughts and feedback on which features you like/don’t like so that we can relay the information to Campus Construction and Renovation.
