[Tang-Residents] W84 Exterior Facade Work

Dear Residents,

Beginning this Monday, June 12, workers are scheduled to begin setting up scaffolding and other equipment for an inspection of the window facades and sealant on the south, north and east sides of the building. It will take approximately 6 weeks to complete this project and all work is weather permitting. Work hours will be 9:00 am - 4:00 pm daily.

This project will target areas including some re-sealing of windows that may need it. All residents should keep their drapes closed for privacy during the work hours when the workers are inspecting their side of the building, as the equipment the workers will use to descend from the roof will cover a large area. Your house manager will provide updates on the schedule so residents will know which week the workers will be on their side. Workers will complete all work from outside and do not need to enter apartments.

This should not be extremely noisy work but you will hear the workers and the equipment outside of your windows. There will be some tapping of the concrete around the windows. For safety reasons, please be advised that the scaffolding will be installed on the ground level at all exits of the building where affected.
