  4.  Finance updates, submission of funding applications, pro-card (Treasurer)
  5.  Ideas for summer sports (Sports Chairs)
  6.  Updates on recycling/gardening : e-waste, furniture storage during move-out season, waste segregation posters (Recycling and Gardening Chair)
  7.  Updates on maintenance and upkeep (Purchasing and Maintenance Chair)
  8.  IM updates (Sports Chairs)
  9.  Website status (IT chair)
  10. THRA iREFS session (President)
  11. Retreat follow-up (Board)
