The THRA will have its monthly meeting on Monday 4 January 2016 from 8:45
pm in the 24th floor lounge. You are invited to attend the meeting.

Agenda:
1. Review of December socials + upcoming January socials + post event
reports - 15 mins (Social chairs, Dorm coordinator)
2. Searching speakers for guest lecture social - 10 mins (Social chairs)
3. Social signups - 5 mins (Social chairs)
4. Updating Tang social calendar - 3 mins (Social chairs)
5. Financial updates (including, RFPs, reimbursement for crepes night) - 7
mins (Treasurer)
6. Maintenance and purchasing updates (gym, new suggestions, discussions on
old suggestions, email to residents about dorm policies and THRA
initiatives) - 15 mins (Dorm coordinator, P&M chair)
7. Status of performance survey by residents - 5 mins (IT Chair)
8. Success of crepes night + improving visibility of resident initiated
events - 10 mins (Neel and others)
9. Status of THRA photographs - 5 mins (Publicity chairs)
10. Any other updates from other chairs - 10 mins

meeting.
