Hello

Those residents who are SCHEDULED TO MOVE OUT ON OR MOVE OUT BEFORE 8/15 MIDNIGHT are still required to clean or you will be charged on your bursars account. Do not leave any trash in the hallway and do not throw any large items into the chute. Bring all large items out to the dumpster.  Thank you for your effort and I hope your stay Tang Hall was pleasant.
This email is for only those who will be continuing in Tang Hall after 8/15/16 for another year or transferring to another room

Please be aware the professional cleaning that is done once a year is scheduled below
Please see the schedule listed below for your floor . We will start at 8:00 am and finish around 5 or 6pm

Floors 23 through 18    Tuesday      August 16th
Floors 17 through 10    Wednesday  August 17th
Floors 9 through 2nd    Thursday     August 18th

Please move your items from the bathroom and kitchen into your bedroom to receive a proper cleaning on your scheduled day.
If you have any food in the fridge or freezer, I suggest you place items inside a plastic bag so they can be quickly removed and placed back after the fridge is clean. Items left in the fridge and not in plastic bags will be considered trash and left behind and you will be fined. All your items from the bathroom should be brought into your room before they arrive so they will not be thrown away.
This will be the only cleaning that will be provided for your lease period. It will then be up to each of you to maintain your suite working a schedule with your flat mates.
