[Tang-Residents] Stairwell lights temporally out

Quick update,

This electrical shut down includes  the stairwells which are on emergency power. Please use the elevators until 5pm unless there is an emergency.
Doors have been temporally propped open which allows some lighting.

Facilities has extended their emergency electric shut down  to include from 7 AM until 5 PM on Tuesday April 12th, 2016 to replace the emergency panel. This shutdown will affect all emergency power in the building which includes emergency lighting, exit signs, fire alarm, and the radio/IST equipment on the 25th floor. Elevators will not be affected. Student will still have internet as all other tel/data closets are fed off of normal power. The work order and shutdown form have been modified.
