[Tang-Residents] THRA monthly meeting on Monday June 1, 9 pm, 1st floor lounge

Dear residents
On the first working Monday of every month, THRA holds its monthly meeting.
In this meeting, we discuss important tasks to work on during that month.
All Tang residents are invited to these meetings, except that they cannot
participate in voting on any proposal.

So, we invite you to the first meeting of the new THRA board happening on
Monday 1 June at 9 pm in the 1st floor lounge. Please come to the meeting
to give your valuable ideas in improving our residence.

Some agenda points for the meeting are as follows:
1. Going over some important matters for new officers like filing RFPs,
post event
reports, gym maintenance, putting financial details on the website,
creation of transition documents by old officers
2. Status of the Tang hubway plan
3. Planning for the Tang Orientation Olympics and discussion on the
Orientation funding proposal
4. Social signups + planning of social/sports events for the July-September
cycle
5. Status of the composting programme
6. Booking of Kresge BBQ pits for June BBQ event
7. Keeping feedback books in important places for residents' feedback
8. Allocation of public spaces for Tang and non-Tang posters

*Please let me know by Sunday* *5/31* if you are interested in attending
the meeting.
