[Tang-Residents] Trash Disposal & Recycling in Tang

Dear Tang Residents,

This is a friendly reminder of the trash disposal and recycling rules of Tang from your THRA recycling and gardening chair Qifang. As a lot of move in and move out happens in the summer, we have noticed some misplacement of trash and cardboard boxes. I think here are some information everyone would like to know, and should know, to create a better living environment.

To dispose trash, please go to the trash chute near the stairwell by the "E" and "F" apartment doors. Please put bags of trash into the chute, leave the area clean, and close the chute when done. Please DO NOT dispose cardboard boxes through the trash chute or leave any stuff by it. For large pieces of trash that may cause clog of the chute, please bring them down stairs to the ground floor.

To recycle, there are some large recycling bins at the back door of the building. Cardboard boxes and other recyclable stuff go there. For recycling electrical device or batteries, please go to the building's front lobby, there is a recycling bin for electrical stuff, and you can also hand your electrical device/batteries to the front desk.
