[Tang-Residents] Heating Valves in suites B bedrooms B3 and B4 and suites E bedrooms E3 and E4

Hello Tang Residents

 Starting Monday Sept 30th at 10am, I will be working with facilities to begin the steps necessary to having the heat turned on throughout the building. The will require a minute in all the B3 and B4 bedrooms and E3 and E4 bedroom in which vales are now closed and will need to be opened. The valves were closed to do work in all the D2 D3 and A2 A3 bedrooms. We may or may not have to enter these rooms but I will ask that on Monday, if you do see any unwanted water to please call me immediately during the day or 3-1500 after 4pm.

Hello

Last spring and part of the summer Facilities were changing expansions valves in many of the bedrooms.
Sometime this week or next, and I will send out another reminder of the exact day, I will assist them into the rooms where shut off vales are located as they prepare to eventually turn the heating system on. We will need to enter all the B and E suites, all floors and in all B3 B4 E3 E4 bedrooms to open the valves  to allow the hot water for heating to pass through.

We will be less than one minuet in each bedroom and will lock up. Again, once I hear back from facilities on the day they will send help, I will send out another email before they arrive.
