This is your IT Chair here.

For those of you who've submitted issues with your internet connectivity to
me, thanks for letting me know about it.

I've submitted a complaint to RCC, including the issues you have described
in your reports, and I hope to hear back from them in a bit. I'll keep you
all posted as I communicate with them.
