[Tang-Residents] Internet Connectivity Issues

Hello Tang Residents,

This is your IT Chair here.

I have been noticing complaints about internet connectivity in recent
weeks.

There was a major knockout of network services on Friday. This can be found
by checking 3down.mit.edu. Other days, people have reported router issues.

I have prepared a phone-accessible Google
form<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1ShTvwcbqxsVB_WxpcVQ4PiM-wLBCXCGIkirdI71pNFA/edit>,
and I also have a printable form (attached) that you can fill out and slip
under my door any time there's internet connectivity issues. You can
download the form and keep it local just in case!
