ALL KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, BEDROOMS MUST BE CLEAN BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

THE FOLLOWING FINES WILL BE ASSESSED TO YOUR BURSARS BILL IF YOUR SUITE

IS NOT CLEAN AND CLEAR OF ALL DEBRIS:


1)    REMOVEAL OF ALL TRASH,  $100.00

2)    CLEANING OF THE KITCHNES BATHS.  $65.00 PER HOUR MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS

IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THIS PLEASE SEE MICHAEL BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Here is what is in the license agreement

* Condition of Student Housing: MIT graduate student housing must be maintained in a safe and
sanitary condition and may not be altered or abused in any way. Licensee will be charged for any
damage. Altering, replacing, or installing additional locks is prohibited.
