Please be aware Cedric (Tang Mechanic) is doing the best he can with all the request he has received over the past 3 days to have you're a/c winterized.
It would be very helpful to make sure you have the area cleared and not obstructed before he arrives.

Also, by this time everybody's MIT ID should be activated to enter Tang Hall.  Please return the Temp card back to the Tang Desk.
