[Tang-residents] FW: Repair order request form

The repair order request form will not be available this weekend due to maintenance work being performed by IS&T.

If you encounter a maintenance problem in your apartment this weekend requiring immediate response please call Cedric, house mechanic  at 2-4750 or e-mail him at cpurcell at mit.edu<mailto:cpurcell at mit.edu>.  His hours this Saturday and Sunday are 7:30am to 3:30pm.  During other hours you may call for the weekend housing supervisor by dialing 3-1500 and ask to be connected to Unit-12.

Return to normal repair request service is expected to be by 7:00am Monday morning.
