[Tang-residents] Bike racks relocated for Window Project

Hello
  The Bike racks belonging to Tang Hall along with the bikes located 
between Tang and Westgate have been relocated to the front of the 
building. If you have your bike locked onto the non movable bike 
racks between Tang and Westgate please remove today or tomorrow and 
relocate. Also the bikes under the building outside my office will 
have to be removed. A fence will be installed around the north side 
of the building
Starting Thursday morning a crane will arrive and start setting up 
staging for the install of New windows. Friday no staging assembly.
Monday Tuesday and Wednesday they should be finished with staging. 
Thursday and Friday the windows are scheduled to be delivered and 
Tuesday 10/10 should be the start date.
Rooms that will receive new windows will be the north side first.


23 through 2 B 4 only One small window
23 through 2 A 1, 2, and 3 Common areas and bed rooms
23 through 2 F 1 and 2 Bed rooms
24 C 1, 2, 3, and 4


If you are living in the rooms mentioned above you may want to close 
your window and curtains for privacy for the installation of the staging.
I will be sending out more information to those rooms mentioned above 
once I receive more information.
