[StarCluster] Spot price history does not agree with AWS

starcluster is reporting a different spot price history that what AWS is
showing online:

[ec2-user at awsmicro ~]$ starcluster spothistory m1.xlarge

When I view the spot price history from a web browser for the same instance
type, I'm seeing a much lower current price.  Why the discrepancy?
