[snowriders] New officers for next year.

Hey Victor,

Sorry for the late reply. Nancy is correct in her responses. As for
whether or not Snowriders pays for the buses, it could go either way.
We're all squared away with the bus company so we could pay for it, but
honestly I think it went a lot smoother last year when GSC paid for
that. It also eliminates the need for GSC to pay snowriders twice (for
buses, and then for left-over revenue).

As far as the dates, that's totally fine. I think it looks like a good
weekend. I think Friday-Monday is harder for some students to work out
with their labs, but since demand is so high for the trip it actually
ends up being a good balance.

We'll update you next week with who will be handling the trip from the
Snowriders side.

Josh Bialkowski

P.S. Sorry about the autoresponder. I forgot to take that down after the
end of the season.

I believe all of this information is correct and you should go ahead as planned. I am not a 100% sure if Snowriders were planning to take care of the upfront bus cost, but I think the safest way to go about it is that GSC takes care of that. We might be able to contact the bus agency to book the buses. For now go with this. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help in the meantime. Thanks
