[snowriders] More on Problems with GSC Ski Trip

 Ok, so we believe we have identified all of the problems.

1) If you were charged multiple times we are voiding the excess 
transactions and you will only be charged once
2) Even if you were charged multiple times, you did not buy multiple 
tickets, so, unfortunately, no extra spots will be opening up until 8pm
3) If you are registered, you will receive an email before 8pm so that 
you know you are registered, and do not have to do so at 8pm
