[snowriders] Problems with GSC Ski Trip

Hi Snowriders,

Evidently, we've got some bugs with the GSC Ski Trip website. So far, 
this is what I have gathered:

1) Registration is "Full" for the time being
2) Even if you successfully enter your information, you may be informed 
that the trip is at capacity, please do not submit your payment multiple 
times
3) Even if you received the message that your spot was reserved for 10 
minutes, you may not have received a ticket

We are actively troubleshooting the problem and will try to make sure we 
can get everything worked out as soon as possible.
