[scripts-announce] 7/1/05 Script Server Outage

This morning around 4am, a script server administrator shut down the
script server to investigate some unusual behavior.  We have disabled a
user's account because of some suspicious activity, and we have re-started
the server.  Contrary to some rumors, we do not believe that the server
has been compromised.

I will try to ensure that similar incidents in the future do not lead to
significant script server outages.
